With over 8 years of academic and hands-on experience in community engagement, advocacy, and direct support, I am dedicated to advancing the well-being of marginalized communities, particularly within Asian, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and disabled populations. I bring expertise from DEI leadership in designing impactful programs, driving meaningful engagement, and building supportive services that address social inequities and empower underserved groups. My work is rooted in a commitment to recognizing and addressing identity-based disparities, fostering individual and community well-being through culturally inclusive approaches.
